Acts made at the General Assembly, begun and held at St.
    Mary's, the 15th September 1663, in the 32d year of the
    Dominion of the Right Honourable Cæcilius, absolute
    Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and
    Avalon, Lord Baron of Baltimore, &c. and there continued
    till Saturday the 3d October following; and thence adjourned
    till the second Tuesday in September 1664, and
    ended the 21st day of the same month.

                                        CHAP. I.
An act prohibiting Arrests upon the Sabbath-Days, and days of

    For 3 years, &c.  Continued by various reviving acts, till 1692.  A new act

                                        CHAP. IV.
An act concerning Proceedings at Law.  Lib. C. and WH. fol. 152,
                            and Lib. WH. and L. fol. 28.
    This act was revived by 1678, ch. 15, excepting one clause.  In which state
this law was successively continued, till 1684, when it totally expired.  His Lordship's
dissent to this law, was declared in Assembly, the 13th April 1669; it was
also repealed by 1676, ch. 2, and again revived as above in 1678.
