    8.  Order for paying all Charges, occasioned by the Disturbance
            of Capt. Josias Fendall, by a public Levy.
    9.  Order appointing a Committee, to call all persons to account,
            who have received fines amerced on the late disturbers of the
            public peace.
  10.  Leave to the Inhabitants to employ Indians, for the destroying
            of Wolves.
  11.  The two Serjeants to be Levy free.
  12.  Order for payment of all just demands for killing Wolves in
            St. Mary's County.
  13.  Order for assessing 32 lb. Tobacco per poll, for payment of
            public Charges.
    N. B.  All the Acts of these two Sessions under O. Cromwell, are recorded in
the Land Office, Lib. No. 3, from fol. 420, to fol. 446; and in the Council Book,
