1642.                                         APPENDIX.

    N. B.  All the foregoing Acts were limited to endure to the end of the next
Assembly; so that they expired on the 13th September this present year, when
they were all re-enacted, except ch. 1, 5, 7, 27, 28, 29, and 30, which were not
revived.
                                    After these acts immediately follows,
    The Table of Officers Fees.  Assessed and Published by the Lieut. General
and Council, on the 1st day of August 1642:  To be paid in Tobacco, with cask.
Lib. C. and WH. fol. 103.

At a Session of the General Assembly, begun and held at St. Mary's,
    on Monday the the 5th September 1642, in the 11th year of
    the Dominion of Cæcilius, absolute Lord and Proprietary
    of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon, &c. and ended
    the 33th day of the same month,
