    Declared unlawful to obstruct the navigation of the
rivers in Worcester or Somerset county, by throwing
out ballast or keeping wears, &c.
—Penalty imposed,

    Of Mechanics and manufacturers, actually and
constantly employed in their respective occupations,
not to be valued for the public assessment, 

    Empowered to hire labourers in Worcester county,
—Commission to be allowed by the county court,
—The county clerk empowered to take his bond
with security, in the vacation of the court,

    Of Prince George's county—money to be levied for
her support,

    Punishment for stealing, embezzling, razing, &c.
