the county or orphans courts in St. Mary's county,
    On petitions for the sale of infants real estates where
a commission is ordered to ascertain the value, the
courts not bound by their report, but may examine
witnesses, &c.

    Additional allowance for destroying Wolves in Allegany
county,

    Inspectors and corders of wood in the city of Baltimore
to be appointed by the governor and council,
&c.

    Of St. Mary's county—money to be levied for their
cupport,

    Of Prince-George's county—same,

    Of Caroline county—same,

    The committee of the Presbyterian Church in Snow
Hill incorporated,
    A road to be opened from Hearn's mill, to intersect
the main road leading from Salisbury to Blackfoot,
    Part of the divisional road between Somerset and
Worcester county charged,
    Money to be levied for the support of E. Cowley,
    A road to be laid out from Winding's landing to intersect
the main road leading from Snow Hill to Philadephia,
    Money to be levied for the support of Aaron Faskey,
&c.
    The divisional road between Somerset and Worcester
counties to be laid out as therein mentioned,
    A company incorporated for stopping up Sinepuxent
Bay at or between the Haw Hammocks and the Thoroughfare,
&c.
    Money to be levied for the support of John Ennis,
—Same, Zadock Holston,
    Part of the proceeds of Eden School in Somerset
county to be paid to Worcester County School,
    The register of wills directed to keep his office, &c.
at the place of holding the county court,

    Caroline, Dorchester, Somerset, and Worcester
counties, to for the fourth judicial district,
    Money to be levied for the support of John Toadvine,
and others,
    A road to be laid out from Mitchell's Causeway to
intersect the Soccum road leading to Broad Creek, at
or near the Lime Meeting House,
    Dorchester, Somerset, and Worcester counties, form
the eighth district for electing representatives to congress,
—Part of Dorchester county, Somerset and Worcester
counties, form the ninth district for choosing
electors of the president and vice-president of the
United States,
    Money to be levied for the support of Susanna Davis,
    The county court to be held on the second Mondays
in May and November,
    Labourers to be hired by the wreck master,
—Commission, to be allowed by the county court,
—The county court empowered to take his bond,
with security, in the vacation of the court,
