                COUNTY

            INDEX TO THE LAWS.
 

    A road to be opened from the mouth of B. Gilpin's
lane, to intersect the old road to Montgomery Court-house,
at or near A. Slater's plantation,
    The road from the Court-house to Baltimore, &c.
where it passes over the land of P. B. Key, to be altered,
&c.
    A lottery authorised for opening and clearing the
road from Westminster, to Frederick county, to
George-town, Columbia,
    The road from Trundle's farm, on Carroll's manor,
intersecting the public road at the mouth of Monocacy,
vacated,
    A road to be laid out from a point on the road from
Frederick town, to Noland's ferry, to intersect the
road from the mouth of Monocacy to Baltimore,
    A company incorporated to make a turnpike road
from the mouth of Monocacy, through Montgomery
county, to intersect the Baltimore and Frederick turnpike
road at the Poplar Springs, in Anne-Arundel
county,
    The road from George town, through Rockville, to
be altered and laid off as therein directed, &c.
    A road to be laid out from Coalsville to intersect
the main road from Brookville to George-town, &c.
—From the town of Unity to the establishment of
Bentley and Co. called Triadelphia, and thence crossing
the Patuxent into Anne-Arundel county, to intersect
the road from Roxbury mills to Elk Ridge Landing,
    A road to be laid out from New Market, in Frederick
county, to the line of the District of Columbia, &c.
    Companies incorporated to make certain turnpike
roads through Montgomery, Frederick and Washington
counties,
—Part of the act of 1805, ch. 79, repealed,
    A road to be laid out from New Market to intersect
the George town road near Griffith's lane and thence
to intersect the old Baltimore and Frederick road near
to H. Wayman's,

    A road to be opened from Bladensburgh to the city

by the Paint Branch, and the North West Branch,
