    A road to be laid out from Magruder's tavern to

Baltimore to the Priest's Bridge in Anne-Arundel
county,
    Commissioners of the school fund appointed,

    A lottery authorised for purchasing a public library and
establishing a free school in Prince-George's county, the
money to be applied by the Philomanthanean Society,
    The act of 1798, ch. 63, to prevent the going at
large of geese and swine, repealed so far as it related to
Upper Marlborough,

    Commissioners appointed for dividing the county into

    Retailers, &c. not to sell liquor to any free negro or
mulatto, or negro or mulatto servant or slave, between
sun-set and sun-rise, or on the Sabbath, or to suffer
them to be about their houses without a written order,
    The provisions of the act of 1817, ch. 227, declared
to be in force in Prince George's county, &c.
    Swine prevented from going at large in Upper Marlborough,

    In Somerset county, to be laid out anew, &c.
    Swine and geese prevented from going at large,
    The Steam Company of Princess-Anne incorporated,
    An act to provide for the appointment of commissioners
for the regulation and improvement of Princess-Anne,
in Somerset county,
—A supplement thereto,
    A Masonic Society incorporated, so far as to hold in
fee the lot on which the lodge stands in Princess-Anne,
