INDEX TO THE LAWS.
Nothing herein contained to deprive the creditors
of the right of filing allegations at any time within
two
years from the time of discharge,
Conveyances, &c. with intent to
give undue preference,
to be null and void,
Provided that no insolvent debtor shall be precluded
from the benefit, on account thereof,
Compensation to be allowed and paid
to the commissioners
under the direction of the court,
Any two competent to act,
Parts of the act of 1805, ch. 110,
and its supplements,
inconsistent with this act, repealed,

to the sheriff of
