under the name of the Frederick-town Branch Bank,

January 1835, &c. provided that the said bank is not
released from the terms and conditions prescribed by
the act of 1813, ch. 122,

    Established in the city of Baltimore,

    Incorporated, &c. and to be fixed at Princess-Anne

of obtaining the discharge,
    Fees by officers of any of the courts to be sent out
in dollars and cents,
    Fees of the registers of wills regulated, on entering
the state's appearance and on continuances,
    The clerks of the court of appeals to receive for recording
deeds, &c. the same fees as the county clerks
for the like services,
    Fee to justices of the peace for writing a probat and
administering an oath thereon,
—Not entitled to mileage or journey fee for any duty,
