as if done before the court was changed, or before that

Recognizances of bail to be returned,
&c. as if to the
former court,
Bail bonds taken, or to be taken,
to be valid to compel
the appearance of the defendant,
All causes and proceedings, civil
or criminal, depending
on the 30th of November in the county or general
court, to be revived and continued to the next county
courts, &c.
Those from the general court to continue as they
