1. BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That
a public stock, not exceeding in the whole eight thousand dollars,
may be raised in the manner and for the purposes mentioned in
their original act to which this is a supplement. |

confirmed. |
2. AND BE IT ENACTED, That all acts heretofore
done by the
trustees of the said school, for the purpose of procuring a lot of
ground, and erecting buildings thereon for the purposes mentioned
on the original act aforesaid, be and the same are hereby confirmed. |
