Passed Jan. 29, 1819.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the justices of the levy court of Anne-Arundel county, be and they
are hereby authorised and directed, to assess and levy annually, so
long as they shall see fit, on the assessable property  of said county,
a sum of money not exceeding thirty dollars, for the support and
maintenance of Maria Hinton, who is deaf and dumb, and that the
same be collected annually, by the collector of said county, and by
him paid to Ann Hinton, the mother of the said Maria, or her order.
Levy authorised 
for her support.

                                     CHAP. LXXV.
An Act for the relief of Jane Gaither, of Anne-Arundel County.  Lib.
                                  TH. No. 6, fol. 292.

Passed Jan. 29, 1819.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the justices of the levy court of Anne-Arundel county be and they
are hereby directed, at their levy court annually, so long as they
shall see fit, to assess and levy on the assessable property of said
county, a sum of money not exceeding thirty dollars, for the support
and maintenance of Jane Gaither, of said county, and that
the same be collected annually by the collector of Anne-Arundel
county, and paid to the said Jane Gaither, or to her order.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the lottery authorised by a law passed in eighteen hundred and
eleven*, for the purpose of finishing the Roman Catholic Cathedral
in the city of Baltimore, be and the same is hereby authorised
to be proposed and drawn, exempted from the delay as to the time
or order of drawing imposed by the act†, entitled, An act to regulate
lotteries, subject however to the other provisions of said act,
and also of the act authorising the said lottery.

An Act to appoint Gustavus W. T. Wright, Trustee, to sell and dispose
  of the Lands therein mentioned

    (a)  Called Maiden Hall and Coursey's Addition, lying in Queen-Anne's county,
which first mentioned tract of land was allotted to the heirs of Susanna Watson,

deceased, by commissioners, under the act of 1817, ch. 181, and of which last
mentioned tract the said Watson is supposed to have died seised.
