WHEREAS the rector, governor, trustees and visitors,
of King
William School, under an act of assembly for that purpose, did
agree with the visitors and governors of Saint-John's College, to
convey and transfer to them the whole funds of said school upon
the said college being finished, and upon certain terms which have
been complied with; therefore, |

2. BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That
all the funds of every nature and kind whatsoever, be they real,
personal or mixed, heretofore belonging to the rector, governor,
trustees and visitors, of King William School, in the city of Annapolis,
be and the same is hereby vested in, and transferred to, the
visitors and governor of Saint-John's College, and their successors,
for ever hereafter, to be by them held in trust to and for the benefit
of said college, agreeably to the terms and conditions prescribed by
an act of assembly passed at November session, in the year seventeen
hundred and eighty-five, * entitled, An act for consolidating
the funds belonging to King William School, in the city of Annapolis,
with the funds of Saint-John's College. |

BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That an
act, entitled, An act for amending and reducing into system the
laws and regulations concerning last wills and testaments, the duties
of executors, administrators and guardians, and the rights of
orphans and other representatives of deceased persons, be and the
same is hereby continued to the thirtieth day of October next, and
until the end of the next session of assembly thereafter.
