At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun
    and held at the City of Annapolis, on Monday, the 1st
    day of December, in the year of our Lord 1817, and
    ended the 16th of February, 1818,

                                   CHAPTER I.
An Act to allow William Waller, late Sheriff and Collector of Somerset
    County, further time to complete his Collection. Lib. TH.

                                     CHAP. II.
An Act authorising and empowering the Levy Court of Saint-Mary's
    County to assess and levy a sum of money for the support and
    maintenance of Ann Tippett and Ann Tyser. Lib. TH. No. 5,
    fol. 474.

Passed Dec. 13
    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
it shall and may be lawful for the levy court of Saint-Mary's
county, to assess and levy annually, on the assessable property of
said county, so long as they may deem necessary, such sum as to
them may appear reasonable, not exceeding thirty dollars each, for
the support and maintenance of Ann Tippett and Ann Tyser, of
Saint-Mary's county, and that the same be collected annually by
the collector of said county, and by him paid to the said Ann Tippett
and Ann Tyser, or their order.
Levy authorised
for their support.

                                     CHAP. III.
An Act to allow further time to the Securities of Thomas Thomson,
    late Collector of Dorchester County, to complete their Collection.
