An Act for the relief of Sarah Wooters, of Caroline County. Lib.
                                        TH. No. 4, fol. 2.

Levy authorised
for her support.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the justices of the levy court of Caroline county shall, and they
are hereby empowered, at their levy court annually, so long as
they shall see cause, to assess and levy on the assessable property 
of said county, a sum of money not exceeding thirty dollars, for
the support and maintenance of the said Sarah Wooters, and that
the same be collected annually by the collector of Caroline county,
and by him paid to the said Sarah Wooters, or her order.

An Act for the relief of Joshua Dorsey, of the City of Baltimore.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the judges, or any judge of Baltimore county court, be and they,
or any one of them, either in open court, or in the recess of said
court, are hereby authorised and directed to extend to Joshua
Dorsey, of the city of Baltimore, the benefit of the act of assembly,
passed at November session eighteen hundred and five*, entitled,
An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors, and the several
supplements thereto, without requiring the said Joshua Dorsey to
produce the assent, in writing, of so many of his creditors as have
due to them two-thirds in amount of the debts due by him, as is
prescribed by the provisions of the said act and supplements.

An Act to repeal an act, entitled, An act to encourage the destruction
    of Crows in the several Counties therein mentioned, so far as it relates
    to Saint Mary's and Harford Counties.  Lib. TH. No. 4,
    fol. 4.

repealed.
    Ch. 71.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the act passed at November session eighteen hundred and seven †,
entitled, An act to encourage the destruction of crows in the several
counties therein mentioned, so far as it relates to Saint Mary's and
Harford (a) counties, be and the same is hereby repealed.

                          (a)  This county is not mentioned in the act of 1807.

                                            CHAP. VI.
An Act to settle and ascertain the Salary of the Members of the Council
                    for the ensuing year.  Lib. TH. No. 4, fol. 4.
Salary ascertained.     BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
each member of the council shall be entitled to receive, for the ensuing
year, the sum of five hundred and thirty-three dollars and
thirty-three cents, current money, for his salary.
