An Act for the relief of Alice Craycroft.  Lib. TH. No. 3, fol. 489.

Levy authorised
for her support.
    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the justices of the levy court of Anne-Arundel county be and they
are hereby authorised and directed, at their meeting for the purpose
of laying their county levy, to assess and levy annually, so
long as the same shall be necessary, a sum of money not exceeding
thirty dollars, on the assessable property of the said county,
for the support and maintenance of the aforesaid Alice Craycroft,
to be collected as other county charges are, and paid to the said
Alice Craycroft, or her order.

                                      CHAP. CLII.
An Act to establish and confirm the Falls Turnpike Road from the
    City of Baltimore to Richard Caton's Lime Kiln.

Preamble.     WHEREAS the president, managers and company, of the Falls
Turnpike Road, have represented to this general assembly that they
have now completed the same, and have prayed that the said road
may be confirmed as now made; and the prayer of the petition appearing
reasonable, therefore,
Road confirmed.     1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the said turnpike road from the city of Baltimore to the Cross-roads
near Richard Caton's lime kiln, be and the same is hereby
confirmed and established as now laid out and made.

                                      CHAP. CLIII.
An Act for the relief of Samuel W. Beck, of Prince-George's County.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the judges of Prince-George's county court, or any one of them in
the recess of said court, be and they are hereby authorised and directed
to extend to Samuel W. Beck, of Prince-George's county,
the benefit and relief of the act of assembly passed at November
session eighteen hundred and five*, entitled, An act for the relief of
sundry insolvent debtors, and the supplementary acts thereto, without
compelling the said Samuel W. Beck to produce any evidence
of his having resided within the state of Maryland, for two years
last previous to his application for the benefit thereof, in the same
manner as if he had actually resided within this state agreeably to
the provisions of the said act, and the supplementary acts thereto.

An Act to authorise the Levy Court of Baltimore County to assess and
    levy on the assessable property of said County a sum of money to
    build a Bridge over the White Marsh Run in Baltimore County, on
    the Road leading from Belle-Air to the City of Baltimore.

    1.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the levy court of Baltimore county be and they are hereby authorised

dollars,) as they in their judgment shall deem sufficient, to
