                                LAWS OF MARYLAND.

pass over land better adapted to a road, and that the distance will
be shortened.

    3.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That the road located on said plot so
returned and approved of the court, shall be recorded in the records
of Montgomery county, and the same shall be thereafter deemed
the public road, and repaired as other public roads in the said
county are, and the old or former road shall be put down and cease
to be a public road.

    BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the judges, or any judge, of Baltimore county court, be and they,
or any one of them, are hereby authorised and directed, to extend
to James Wilson the benefit and relief of the act of assembly,
passed at November session, eighteen hundred and five †, entitled,
An act for the relief of sundry insolvent debtors, and the supplements
thereto, without compelling him to produce the assent of two
thirds in amount of his creditors, and to extend and afford to the
said James Wilson all the benefits, advantages and provisions, of
the act aforesaid, and the supplements thereto, in the same manner,
and upon the same terms and conditions, as if he had obtained the
assent of two thirds of his creditors to his release under the same.

                                        CHAP. CXLVII.
An Act to continue in force the Acts of Assembly which would expire
            with the present session.

Acts continued.     BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That all
such acts and parts of acts of assembly as would expire with the
present session of assembly, be and the same are hereby continued
for one year from the passage of this act, and until the end of the
next session of assembly which shall happen thereafter.
