An Act to levy on the assessable property of Anne-Arundel County
    a sum of money for the purpose herein after mentioned.  Lib. JG.

                                        CHAP. LXXV.
A Supplementary Act to an act (a) to lay out and establish a Road
    from the City of Annapolis to the City of Washington, and to repeal
    the act therein mentioned.

Preamble.     WHEREAS by a resolve of this general assembly, passed at November
session, one thousand seven hundred and ninety six, commissioners
were authorised and empowered to examine the situation
of the country between the city of Washington and the city of Annapolis,
and ascertain and determine the direction and position of 
the nearest, most convenient and practicable road that could be laid
off between the said two places:  And whereas the said commissioners
have undertaken and completed the same, and have returned a
plot of the said road to the general assembly:  And whereas by a
law passed at November session, one thousand seven hundred and
ninety-eight, Thomas Duckett, Levi Gantt and Jacob Duckett, of
Prince-George's county, William Harwood, Leonard Sellman, Edward
Hall and James Williams, of Anne-Arundel county, were appointed
commissioners, and they, or any four of them, were authorised
and empowered to open, clear and grub, the said road:  And
whereas the said commissioners have made and furnished the said road
through the county of Anne-Arundel, and that part of the road that
passes through Prince-George's county remains unfinished and incomplete,
to the great injury and obstruction of passengers and
carriages; therefore,
Road to be completed.     2.  BE IT ENACTED, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the said commissioners, as soon as the weather will permit, proceed
to the execution of the trust reposed in them, and complete the said
road through Prince-George's county, agreeable to the act which
this is a supplement.
Levy authorised to
complete road.
    3.  AND BE IT ENACTED, That the justices of the levy court of
Prince-George's county are hereby authorised and directed to levy 
the sum of five thousand dollars, to enable the commissioners to
carry this act into execution; and when the said road shall be completed,
the said commissioners shall settle their accounts with the
levy court of Prince-George's county, and pay over the balance, if
any, that may remain in their hands, and the balance shall be by
the levy court applied to the use of said county.

all letters testamentary, all letters of administration, all testamentary
bonds, all administration bonds, all inventories, and all guardians

accounts of sales, not heretofore recorded in the office of the register
