To their Maties Justices of the Peace for Somerset County humbly sheweth Contra that whereas Coll William: Coulbourne of this County doth Stand indebted Capt Wm: Coulborne - - unto your Petioner, the full and just Sum of four hundred pounds of tobacco - - - - - - - - - - - - - - and Caske which yr petioner Craves Order agt the Extr. or Admr & yr petioner as in duty bound shall ever pray. Whaples sheweth that whereas your petioner in June Court last past your Petioner had Order against James Barry for thirteen hides & a half of tanned leather, but your Petioners Bill was for Curryed leather as well as tanned, the full of the Bill being fifty Six hides of tanned and Curryed leather. Now your Petioner doth owne that yr Petioner did make a bargaine with James: Barry that if he did pay by Such a time, that I would take half (if paid by the time appointed but hath not Complyed with his agreement, So that yr.
