7ber 12. 1691 ( 160 ) To the worll Court of Somerset County The humble Petion of Daniel Donaght humbly sheweth To your worps that the Petioner being Sumoned by the Court to Evidence agt Charles Tindall the Petioners wife and Children being So Sick that he is afraid that Some of them will dye before he returne home if forced to wait upon sd Tindalls tryall, the Petioner being ready to give his Evidence if put upon Oath by the Court. May it therefore please your worps to take the Deposition of the Petioner & Suffer him to returne to his poore Sick family, and he as bound in duty shall pray. &c. Alexander of Animessex in the County aforesd do Stand justly indebted unto Coll. Wm: Coulbourne of Animessex aforesd in the County aforesd ye just and full Sum of two thousand pounds of good Suffitient Merchantable tobacco in Caske to be paid unto the aforesd Wm:Coulbourne his Heirs or Assigns upon demand according to act of Assembly, to the which payment well and truly to be made and done I the afore sd Samuel. doe hereby bind me my Heirs, Execcutors Admrs & Assigns firmly by these presents on the day & year above written.
