To the worll Court of Somerset County The humble Petion of Daniel Donaght humbly sheweth
To your worps that the Petioner being Sumoned by the Court to Evidence agt Charles Tindall the
Petioners wife and Children being So Sick that he is afraid that Some of them will dye before he returne
home if forced to wait upon sd Tindalls tryall, the Petioner being ready to give his Evidence if put upon
Oath by the Court. May it therefore please your worps to take the Deposition of the Petioner & Suffer him
to returne to his poore Sick family, and he as bound in duty shall pray. &c.
Petion not granted.

He left Several goods which were divided into shares, for each was to be paid a Cow and Calfe.

Nathaniel: Dougherty 1: Share Edward: Prise. they are to pay a Breeder.

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel. Alexander of Animessex in the County aforesd do Stand justly
indebted
unto Coll. Wm: Coulbourne of Animessex aforesd in the County aforesd ye just and full Sum of two thousand
pounds
of good Suffitient Merchantable tobacco in Caske to be paid unto the aforesd Wm:Coulbourne his Heirs or Assigns
upon demand according to act of Assembly, to the which payment well and truly to be made and done I the afore
sd Samuel. doe hereby bind me my Heirs, Execcutors Admrs & Assigns firmly by these presents on the day & year
above written.
The Condition of the above written Obligation is Such, that if the within bounden Samuel Alexander
do deliver and pay or cause to be dilivered and paid unto Richard Bright, late of Animessex in ye County afsd
two Cows and two Calves that is to Say One Cow and One Calf to Richard:Bright sonn of Rich: Bright
aforesd within One month next after he shall attain and come to his full age of Sixteen years, and to Jno.
Bright Sonn to Richard Bright late of Animessex afored One Cow and One Calf within One Month next
after, that he shall attain and Come to his full age of Sixteen years, and if the sd Children, or either of
them shall happen to dye before they shall attain the sd age of Sixteen years, then if the sd Samuel.
