Justices of their Maties Peace, for the County of Somerset the petion of Charles: Tindall humbly sheweth. --- Whereas your Petioner hath attended as witness in a controversie depending in Court before your worps between Peter Whapels plt & Nicholas: Hartnet defendt, twelve dayes. your worps petioner craves order for attendance and yr petioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &c. Sworne to twelve dayes attendance before me Tho: Jones. Ordr. granted for ye same according to Law. Somerset County in Maryland Ss. To the worll Justices of their Maties. Peace for this County of Somerset The petion of Thomas: Morris planter humbly sheweth --- Whereas your worps.
