Sort of the Joint Select Committee Upon the claim of the
State, against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company.
Pending which,
Mr. Griswold submitted the following order :
Ordered, That the House concur in the report of the Joint
Select Committee on the claims of the State against the Bal-
timore and Ohio Railroad Company,
The question recurring upon the adoption of the order,
Mr. Streett submitted the following order, as a substitute
therefor:
Ordered, That the members of the House Select Commit-
tee be instructed to introduce a bill to release the Baltimore
