The bill entitled an Act to authorize George O. Michael
of Allegany county, to construct two gates on (hi public
mad in said county, running through the farm of the said
George G. Michael.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of chapter 266,,
entitled an Act to regulate the manufacture and sale of oil*
for illuminating purposes, passed January Session, 1870,
and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 211, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title " Wild Fowl," and to enact the following sections in
lieu thereof.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 139 and 141, of
Article VII. of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Carrol
county, title "New Windsor," and to re-enact the same
with amendments and sub-sections.

Also,
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the New Windsor
Town Hall Company, in the town of New Windsor, Carrol
county.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Chesapeake" Warehouse Company of Baltimore City.
Also,
The hill entitled an Act to repeat and re-enact section 24
of Article XCIV. of Public General Laws, title "Treasurer.
Also. returned,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 69 of an Act of
Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1868, chapter 328,
entitled an Act to provide for the collection of taxes in Balti-
more county, and to enact the following sections in lieu
thereof.
Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably front a Select, Committee',
and the report adopted."
