Hill, of Prince George's county, money erroneously paid by him to- Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore City, for outage and storage. Also, The bill, entitled an Act authorizing the County Commis- sioners of Prince George's county to build a bridge. Also, The bill, entitled an act to repeal section 42 of Article III.. of the Public Local Laws, of Baltimore county, title "Circuit Court," and to re-enact the same with an amendment. Also, The bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland; Academy of Art. Also, delivered The bill, entitled an Act to add a section to Article LVI. of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Licenses. Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee- on Ways and Means. Also, the following message: BY THE SENATE, March 12, 1872. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : We have received your message asking the return of House- bill, entitled an Act to exempt the 2nd District of Baltimore county, from the operation of the law prohibiting swine from running at large in said county, and herewith return the same By order, AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY, Secretary. Which was read. Also, returned, The bill, entitled an Act to exempt the Second Election District ol Baltimore county, from the operation of chapter 265, of the Public Local Laws, passed January Session, 1870, relating to swine running at large. Endorsed, "Considered, unfavorable report of Committee reconsidered, and bill returned to the House of Delegates." On motion of Mr. Shipley, The further consideration thereof was indefinitely post- poned. On motion of Mr. Kirk, At 3 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned. |
