The bill, entitled an Act to provide for the renewing of
the Indexes to the Land Records of Baltimore City, from the
year 1852 to 1864, inclusive,
Was read. a second. time, and ordered to be engrossed for &
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize, empower and direct
the Court of Appeals to reopen and repeat the affirmance of
the judgments, orders and decrees, in the several cases where-
in John T. B. Dorsey was appellant, decided at April Term,
1869,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Dorchester county, if they so determine in their
discretion and judgment, to re-assess the farm of Charles T.
Ralph, purchased of Elizabeth Ball, and lying in District
Number Three, of Dorchester county,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Ace to repeal sections 3 and 3, of Arti-
cle LIII., of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
Landlord and Tenant, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to add an additional section to.
Article XXIII., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Worcester County," sub-title "New Town," making the
recommendation of a majority of the Commissioners of said
town necessary to obtain a license to sell spirituous, distilled
or malt liquors within the limits of said town,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading. ,
The bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees of the
Parsonage Property of Princess Anne Circuit of the Metho-
dist Episcopal Church,
Was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled a farther supplement to an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate companies to make turnpike road
through Baltimore county, and for other purposes,
"Was read a second -time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
