Mr. McCosker submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT 'PROPOSED.
Section 275, line ,28, fill the blank, between the words
"drawing" and "feet" with the word "eighteen."
Which was adopted.
Mr. Staylor submitted the following amendment;
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 277, line 4, after the word "dollars," insert the
word "each*"
Which was adopted.
The hill, as amended, was then read a second time and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading, and,

Was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal an Act, entitled an Act
-to provide for maintaining and keeping in repair the public
roads of Prince George's county, and to re-enact the same
with amendments and additional sections,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 171, 172, 173
Bad 174, of Article XVI., of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Prince George's County," sub-title "Sheriffs," and to
re-enact sections 171 172 and 173 of said Article with amend-
ments,
"WM read a. second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal Section 124, of Article
XVI., of the Code of Public Local Lawa, title "Prince
George's County," sub-title "Out Pensioners," and to re-enact the same with amendments,
"Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed lor a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to "repeal and re-enact section
135, of Article XII., of the Code of Public Local SAWS, title
'Harford County," sub-title "Sheriffs," as amended and re-enacted by chapter 135, of the Acts passed at the January
Session, 1868,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for &
third reading.
