Mr. Baldwin, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported favorably, A bill, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact section 135, of Article XII, of the Code of Public Local Laws title "Harford County," sub-title "Sheriffs," as amended, and re-enact by chapter 135, of the Acts passed at the January Session of 1868. Which was read a first time.
