tion and completion of the Vienna Railroad.

vote of the people far or against a new County in certain.
election districts in Allegany county, at the election to be
held ii the Fall of 1872.

A bill, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact section 135,
of Article XII, of the Code of Public Local Laws title
"Harford County," sub-title "Sheriffs," as amended, and

Session of 1868.
