of such fruits, vegetables, and other agricultural productions,
as may be brought from the counties of the State to the City
of Baltimore, for sale or otherwise,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at the
January Session, 1868, chapter 431, incorporating the Fred-
erick and Williamsport Railroad Company,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to direct the Northern Central
Railway Company to station flagmen at certain crossings,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to refund to B. W. Wilburn of
St. Mary's county, a certain sum of money erroneously paid
into the Treasury,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill, entitled an Act to exempt Telasco Tribe, No. 46,
Independent Order of Red Men of Baltimore city, from city
taxations,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
Mr. Miller moved a reconsideration of the vote by which
the order to adjourn over until Monday next, was rejected
by the House,
Which,
On motion of Mr. Streett,
Was laid on the table.
Mr. Baldwin moved that the House do now adjourn.
The question recurring upon concurring in the motion,
Mr. Feig demanded the yeas and nays.
The demand being sustained,
