The Senate bill, entitled an Act to incorporate (he town of
Crisfield, in Somerset county.
"Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably,
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 24, of
the Act of January Session, 1870, chapter 476, entitled an
Act to provide for the creation and regulation of incorporated
companies in the State of Maryland, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, giving additional powers to railroad com-
panies incorporated by this State.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Griswold, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, (the rules being suspended,) reported favorably,
The Senate bill, entitled an Act for the relief of the credi-
tors of the late William M. Dealys, who was an insolvent
debtor at one time, and who died without heirs or next of
bin.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Griswold, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, to whom was referred
The bill, entitled an Act to give the sanction of the Gene-
ral Assembly to the Vestry of Trinity Church, Upper Marl-
boro', Prince George's county, to hold a lot of ground con-
taining eighteen acres for a Parsonage, and to make valid &
dead for the same, (the rules being suspended,) reported the
same with proposed amendments.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.
Sec. 1, line 2, before the word "Vestry," insert the words
"purchase recently made," sec. 1, line 3, after the word
"held," insert the words, "from the Rev. H. J. Kershaw
and Frederick Sasscer and Rosalie Sasscer, his wife;'' sec. 1,
line 4, strike out the word "ground" and insest the word
land ; sec, 1, line 4 and 5, strike out the words, "Recently
purchased by the said Vestry of the Rev. H. J. Kershaw ;"
strike out "section 2 ;" amend title by striking out the
words, "and to make valid a deed for the same."
Which were considered.

A bill, entitled an Act to give the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland, to the vestry of Christ Church Pariah -
