The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sub-sections 1, 2, 3,-4, & and 6, of Article XXI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Washington County," Being Upon a second reading, Mr. Young, of Washington, submitted a substitute there- for, The substitute was adopted, and The bill as amended, was read a second time, ana ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. The bill, entitled an Act to add the following sections to Article XVI., oi the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables," extending the jurisdiction of Justice oi the Peace in Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties to grand and petit larcenies, to come in after section 70, of said Article, Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
