bridge over Gwynn's Falls, at or near where the present
bridge stands, known as the Long Bridge,, and to enact sub-
stitutes therefor," passed, at January Session, 1867, chap-ter 64,
Was read. a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third, reading.
