of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgomery County," sub-
title "Rockville," and re-enact the same with amendments.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal chapter 456 of the Acts
of 1878, entitled an Act to prohibit stock from running at
large in and around Pikesville, in Baltimore county.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the
January Session, 1868, chapter 266, entitled a supplement to
the Act passed at the January Session of 1864, chapter 116,
entitled an Act to revise and extend an Act to incorporate the
Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company, with amendments, passed at the December Session, 1847, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees of the
Methodist Protestant Church in Salisbury, to sell and convey
certain property belonging to them.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal chapter 129 of the Laws
passed at the January Session, 1870, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, relating to the taking of oysters
with scoops in the waters of Fishing Bay and Honga River,
in Dorchester county.
Also,
The hill, entitled an Act 'to authorize the County Commis-
sioners for Frederick county to subscribe to the capital stock
of the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road
Company, the Liberty and New Windsor Turnpike Road
Company, the Frederick and Buckeystown Turnpike Road
Company, in Frederick county, and such other Turnpike
Bead Companies whose roads have heretofore been constructed
or are now in process of construction in said county.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Article XI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Fred-
erick County," requiring certain duties of the County Com-
missioners and County Collectors of said county, in regard
to any sum or sums of money which is or shall be appropria-
ted for the use of any person or persons in said county, and
not paid over to such person or persons during the term of
-office of said County Collector, said section to come in after
349, and to be section 350, of said Article.
