On motion of Mr. Miller (the rules being suspended,)
The House proceeded to the consideration of the Senate
bill, entitled an Act to make valid certain bequests in the
last will and testament of Mary O. Reynolds, late of Fred."
erick county, deceased,
Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Miller,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and,
The bill recommitted to the Frederick county delegation.
The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bills,
severally endorsed : "Passed by yeas and nays,"
The bill, entitled an Act amendatory of an Act passed at
December Session, 1849, chapter 368, entitled an Act incor- ^
porating the Union Plank or Turnpike Road Company in
Montgomery county.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact
chapter 361, passed at January Session, 1870, entitled an
Act to authorize the County Commissioners ol Harford
bounty to sell- a part of- the Poor House Farm, and to erect
suitable buildings for the use of, the paupers of said county,
And to levy a sum of money for that purpose.
Also,
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 90, of Article X.
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County,"
sub-title "Elections, Justices of the Peace and Constables,"
and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.

The bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Montgomery county, to mate cer-
tain improvements upon the Court House building of said
county, in-Rockville, .and to levy a tax upon the assessable
property oi said county to pay the cost thereof.
Also,
The hill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Cal vert county to re-district or increase the number.
of Election Precincts in said county.
Also,
The Mil, entitled an Act to repeal sections 54 and 64 of
Article XV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Mont-
gomery County," sub-title "Rockville," and section 55 of
the Acts of 187&, chapter HO, entitled an Act; to repeal sec-
