The bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 22, of Article XLI, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," under the head of "Patuxent River," regulating the rights of fishing in the Patuxent River and. its trib- utaries, and re-enact the same to read as follows, Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as Follows:
