Act to incorporote companies to make Turnpike Roads
through Baltimore county, and for other purposes.

favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel county to re-assess Charles R. Du-
vall's property.

Mr. Vickers, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Dorchester county, if they so determined in their
discretion and judgment to re-assess the farm of Charles T.
Ralph, purchased of Elizabeth Ball, and lying in District
Number Three, of Dorchester county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Smith, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 9, of Article-
XXVIII., of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
the publication of county expenses BO 'far as the same relates
to Dorchester county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

A bill, entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Article XXIII., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Worcester County," sub-title "Newtown," making the
