720 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS' [Mar. 8,
Mr. Staylor submitted the following amendment to the
amendment as a substitute therefor:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Insert, in lieu thereof: "After six month's actual resi-
dence."
Which waa rejected.
The question then recurring upon the adoption of the
amendment submitted by Mr. McColgan,
Mr. McColgan demanded the yeas and nays.
