The House met.
Present at the call of the roll the following members:

On motion of Mr. Feig, (the rules being suspended,) the
House proceeded to the consideration of
The bill. entitled an Act to repeal sections 179 and 180,
oi Article XXX., of the Code of Public General Laws, re-
lating to, "Sabbath Breaking," and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
Said bill being upon a second reading,
On motion of Mr. Feig,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and
Said bill recommitted to the Select Committee reporting
the same.
The HOUSE then resumed the consideration of the unfinish-
ed business of the morning session,
Being the veto by the Governor of the Act entitled an Act
authorizing the County Commissioners of Washington county
to issue bonds, to raise money to build a Court House in said
county, and appointing Comnnssioners to contract to erect
' the same.
The question recurring upon passing said bill over the veto
of the Governor
