In Rule XXI. line 5, strike out word. "or" and. insert
word "to."
In Rule XXXIX. line 3, strike out the words " three-
fourths of the members of," and insert "two-thirds of the
members elected to."

To Rule XLV. add "25. A Comimttee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries."
" 26. A Committee on Immigration,"
Transpose Rule LVI .under the head of Committee of the
Whole House, and make it Rule XLVIII, under the head of
Bills and Resolutions.
All of which is respectfully submitted.

the Deaf' and Dumb Asylum, at Frederick City, and concur
therein.
We have named on the part of the Senate, Messrs. Jump,
Downs and Steiner.
