Mr. Coles, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize George G. Michael, of
Allegany county, to construct two gates on the public road
in said county, running through the farm of the said George
6-. Michael. ;

Mr. Spencer, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably
A bill, entitled an Act to authorize and require the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county, to record-such
chancery and inquisition cases, decided in said court, as in-
volve titles to land, and which have not been heretofore re-corded.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Bond, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Calvert county to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company.

A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section? 151, 152,163 and
154, of Article IV., of the Code of Public Local Laws, relat-
ing to coroners and inquests, in the City of Baltimore, and
