Mr. Groome moved that the House do now reconsider the
vote by which
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to exempt all that portion
of the waters of the Chesapeake Bay lying northeast of a cer-
tain line described from the operation and effect of section
A and 3, of Article XOIIL, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Wild Fowl," and to enact other sections to he
in force and operating in, on, and over said waters, was
ordered to be referred to the Committee on the Chesapeake
Bay and its Tributaries, and that said bill lie referred to the
'Cecil and Harford delegations.
Decided in the negative.
"Mr. Bowie moved that the House do now proceed to the
consideration of
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 82, 83, 84, 85,
87 and 89, as amended by the Act of 1862, chapter 55, and
section 94 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick
county, relating to the Mayor, Aldermen and Common Coun-
cil of Frederick city, and re-enact substitutes therefor.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
