Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, section 170,. Article XXX., Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Pun- ishments," sub-title "Rivers." Pending which, Mr. Kirk moved that the bill, together with all the prior ordersbe postponed, and that the House proceed to the con- sideration of the Frederick city Registry bill. Decided in the negative. On motion of Mr. Travel's, the further consideration of all prior orders was postponed, and On motion of Mr. Travers, the House proceeded to the consideration of The bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to- audit and settle the claims of Mary O. Roberts. Said bill being upon a third reading, The bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas' and nays, as follows:
