The Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend Article XCVIII,
of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Wild Fowl," by
adding an additional section thereto, allowing the shooting
of water fowl from sink boats within the limits of Dorchester
county on certain days in each week.
Which was read a second time. '
Mr, Smith, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
The bill, entitled an Act to revise and re-enact and amend
certain sections of the Act passed January Session, 1852,
chapter 316, entitled an Act to authorize the appointment of
& Commissioner to take testimony to provide for the record-
ing of copies of wilts and other papers, of which the origi-
nals were lost by the burning of the court house in Dorches-
ter county, and to remedy, as far an practible, the evils
likely to ensue from the destruction of the records 'of said
county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Shipley, Chairman of a Seleet Committee, to whom
was referred.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 193, of
Article III., Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County,"
sub-title "Sheriffs," reported the same without amendment.
Said bill was then read a second time.
Mr. Shipley moved that the bill be read a third time this
day, in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution,.
Article III., section 27.
