A bill, entitled an Act to enable the Rev. Richard Fuller,
of Baltimore, to convey certain effects and property by his
last will and testament.
Which was read a first time.

A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 6, of Article
XXXVII. of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Evidence," being section 5, of chapter 109, of the Acts of
1864, and to enact a substitute therelor.

A bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5,
Article XCV., of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
^'Usury" and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.
