An Act to authorize and empower the Boards of County
Commissioners of Baltimore and Harford counties, at the
joint expense of said county, to build a bridge over the Little
Gunpowder river, at or near Joshua Green's ford.
Also,
An Act to repeal certain sections of, and amend the charter
of the Old Town Savings Institution of Baltimore or on tamed
in an Act entitled "an Act to incorporate the OH Town
Savings Institution of Baltimore paused at January Session,
"1858, and to repeal an Act passed at January Session, 1860,
entitled an Ace to amend a" Act; to incorporate the Old Town
Savings Institution of Bait i more, passed at January Session,
1858, and re-enact parts of the same with amendments, and to
change the name of said body corporate to the Old Town
Bank of Baltimore.

The hour having arrived for taking up the order of the
day, the House proceeded to the consideration of
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 82, 83, 84, 85,
87 and 89. as amended by the Act of 1862, chapter 55, and
section 94 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick
county, relating to the Mayor, Aldermen and Common Coun-
cil or Frederick city, and re-enact substitutes therefor.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Groome,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill
Referred to the Committee of the "Whole House.
Mr Kirk moved that the House do now revolve itself into
a Committee of the Whole House upon the bill as above re-
ferred to the said Committee.
Decided in the affirmative.
The House thereupon resolved itself into a Committee of
the Whole House to consider
The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 82, 83, 84, 85
