The question recurring upon the title of the bill, Mr. Chapman submitted the following amendment: Strike out title and insert the following : "A hill, entitled an Act to add a new Article to the Code of Public General Laws, regulating the inspection of To- bacco" Which was adopted. Said bill was then sent to the Senate. The bill, entitled an Act to change the dividing line be- tween the counties of Carrol and Frederick, where the said line runs through the lands of William R. Curry, residing in the eighth election district of Frederick county, and to run and locate a new line therefor, Being upon a second reading, Mr. Miller moved to strike out the enacting clause.
