BY IRE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
' February 9, 1872.
Gentlemen of the Senate:
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body,
to appoint a Joint Committee, of the two Houses, to consist
of three on the part of the House and two on the part of the
Senate, to confer upon the unfavorable report of your Honor-
able Body on the- hill. entitled an Act to.) amend section 1,
chapter 473, of the Ads of 1870, entitled an Act to add an
additional section to article IV. of the Code of Public L cal
Laws, entitled ' City of Baltimore," sub-title, "Police," and
be section 827 of said Article, by providing that jurisdiction
in cases when conceal ed weapons ire found upon offenders,
be extended to all Justices of the Peace of the State of Mary-
land in the City of Baltimore.
We have appointed on the part of this House Messrs.,
Staylor, T. H. Hamilton and McColgan.

Mr. Travers submitted the following order:
Ordered, That the members of this House who are desir-
ous of attending the funeral of Rev. Archbishop Spaulding
be granted a leave of absence until Tuesday next.

Ordered, That when this House adjourns, it stand adjourned
until Tuesday next at 12 o'clock.
