said property, or his, her, or their legal representa-
tives, shall entitle the said town commissioners to
the estate and interest in the said house or houses,
or obstructions thus valued, as fully as if it had been
conveyed by the owner or owners of the same, and
said valuation, when tendered, may at any. time be
recovered from said town commissioners by the
owner or owners, his, her or their legal representa-
tives.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 406.
AN ACT to amend and re-enact the sixth section of
the Act of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter
one hundred and ninety-two, entitled " an Act to
provide for maintaining and keeping in repair the
Public Roads of Anne Arundel county," and to
repeal the Act passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty-eight, chapter two hundred and
ninety-nine, so far as the same applies to Anne
Arundel county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sixth section of the Act of
eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter one hundred
and ninety-two, entitled " an Act to provide for
maintaining and keeping in repair the Public Roads
of Anne Arundel county," and to repeal the Act
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and
sixty-eight, chapter two hundred and ninety-nine, so
far as the same applies to Anne Arundel county, be
and the same is hereby amended, and re-enacted to'
read as follows:
