head for every hawk or owl killed in said counties,
on the production of such proof as is required by
sections one, two and three, of article thirty-one of
the Code of Public General Laws, title " Crows."
SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 382.
AN ACT granting to the United States of America
a further addition to the site of the Naval School
at Annapolis, and ceding the jurisdiction over the
same.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the jurisdiction and control over the
lands hereinafter described, lying contiguous to and
extending into the water beyond the water line of
the lands heretofore granted and ceded to the United
States of America for naval and military purposes--.
as the site of the Naval School at Annapolis, and the
several additions thereto, together with the lands so
hereinafter described, be and the same are hereby
granted and ceded to the United States of America,
as a further addition to the site of the said Naval
School; beginning for the same at the southeast cor-
ner of the Naval School grounds, formerly the south-
east corner of the State Government House Square,
on the line of the northeast side of Hanover street
in the City of Annapolis, and running with said line
in a southeasterly direction into the water, one hun-
dred feet beyond the southeast corner of the wharf
of the said Naval School at the foot of Hanover
street, where is placed a buoy marked No. 1; thence
running with a straight line in a northeasterly di-
rection to a point in a line projected into the wa-
ter from the southeast corner of the wharf at which
