March until after the animal levy is made, for the trans-
action of the public business.
SEC. 2. And he it enacted That the said County
Commissioners of Baltimore comity shall, within ten
days after the passage of tins Act, file a bond in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Balti-
more county, to be approved of by the judge or judges
of said court, in the sum of two thousand five hun-
dred dollars, for the faithful performance of their
duties.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 372.
AN ACT to authorize the State's Attorney of Balti-
more city to pay out of the excess of the fees of Ins
office, such sum or sums of money, to the State's
Attorney of Anne Arundel county, as may he
fixed by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel
county, as compensation in the case already tried
of the State of Maryland versus E. G. Wharton,
removed from the Criminal Court of Baltimore
city to the Circuit Court for said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the State's Attorney of Baltimore
city be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
pay out of the excess or surplus of the fees of his
office, to James Revel], the State's Attorney of Anne
Arundel county, such sum or sums of money as may
be fixed by the Circuit Court for said county; pro-
vided, the sum shall not exceed one thousand dollars,
