CHAPTER 363.
AN ACT to allow the Trustees of the Maryland
Institution for the instruction of the blind, to locate
the bed of North street, if extended into Baltimore
county, from North avenue to Denmead street.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the " Trustees of the Maryland In-
stitution for the instruction of the blind," be and*
hereby authorized and empowered to locate the bed
of" North street, (if extending in the County of Balti-
more from its present line of intersection of the north
line of North avenue,) a distance of one hundred and
seventy-seven feet east from a line of intersection
of the present northwestern intersection of said street
with the north line of North avenue, and continuing
said western line of North street (as offsetted,) in a
line parallel to the line of North street if extending, as
designed by a plat, known as Popleton's plat, a dis-
tance of three hundred and three feet to the south
line of Denmead street, and also to locate the eastern
line of North street, (if extending into Baltimore
county,) easterly on the north line of North avenue, a
distance of sixty-six feet from the northwest corner
of the intersection of North street (as offsetted) and
the north line of North avenue, and continuing the
said eastern line of North street (as offsetted) on a
line parallel to the western line of North street (as
offsetted) a distance of three hundred and three feet
to the south line of Denmead street, thereby substi-
tuting a bed for North street from North avenue to
Denmead street of the width of sixty-six feet, in lieu
of a bed for North street, between the aforesaid
streets, of the -width of sixty feet, as designed by a
continuation of North street according to a plat
knowns as Popleton's plat.
SEC-. 2. Be it enacted. That whenever the " Trustees
of the Maryland Institution for the instruction of the
blind," shall open North street from North avenue
to Denmead street, as hereinbefore mentioned, as
offsetted, then North street from North avenue to
